See the SDSU Admissions website for admissions information, which includes application details to SDSU for freshmen, transfers, and international applicants.
Students admitted to SDSU are designated a “pre-major” of their chosen program, or as an undeclared major. SLHS pre-majors are automatically admitted to the SLHS major upon meeting the following criteria:
- Completion of all preparation for the major courses (see BA Curriculum – Preparation for the Major)*;
- Completion of a minimum of 60 semester units;
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75.
Undeclared students or students wishing to change majors, see How to Change or Declare a Major.
*Transfer Students, please use http://www.assist.org to find the equivalent community college or junior college courses that will transfer to SDSU. Transfer students must have an overall 2.75 GPA in order to apply to SDSU and declare the SLHS major.
