Money Matters
- Financial aid and scholarships are available through the University Financial Aid and Scholarships Office, and several scholarships are set aside specifically for students in our program.
- In addition, each year we have available a number of out-of-state tuition waivers, teaching assistantships, and graduate/research assistantships for work in various faculty member’s labs. Applications for these positions are made available to students once they have been admitted to SDSU.
- See the SDSU Student Account Services for specific amounts of tuition and fees.
- See the Office of the Registrar for SDSU’s CA residency requirements, forms, and important dates.
Funding Opportunities for Current Students
Students and mentors are encouraged to identify and apply for scholarships, fellowships and other forms of additional support throughout the student's doctoral training.
As a starting point, the College of Graduate Studies maintains a list of different funding opportunities at the Graduate Funding & Financial Support Page.
