Bio
Jovany Gonzalez Estrada, MS, CCC-SLP is a clinical supervisor specializing in pediatrics, early intervention, and multilingual language development. With extensive experience working with diverse families and individuals across a wide range of abilities, Jovany brings a culturally responsive approach to his practice. He has served on ASHA's Multicultural Issues Board and actively participates in initiatives to diversify the field of communication sciences and disorders, aiming to enhance patient-practitioner congruence. As the CEO and owner of J&S Pediatric Therapy, Inc. in San Diego, Jovany leads an interdisciplinary team of early intervention specialists dedicated to creating a kinder, more inclusive world. His efforts have earned recognition as an innovator in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2023 and as one of ASHA's Early-Career Trailblazers in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology in 2024.
