WELCOME!

This handbook has been assembled to help current students plan for and progress through the required curriculum for the MA degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences with a specialization in Speech-Language Pathology in the School of Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences at SDSU.

The handbook contains information regarding regarding policies and procedures for the program. It also includes important forms, deadlines, and useful tips.

The policies and procedures set forth in this handbook are not intended to be the sole source of information, however.

They represent a summary of more detailed information contained in official documents (catalogs, policies) of SDSU as well as university websites. The School faculty and staff are here to assist students and serve as the first point of contact with respect to questions. However, it is the responsibility of all students, faculty, and staff to read and adhere to official policies of the university.

Please review each section of this handbook, and feel free to contact Dr. Ignatius Nip (inip@sdsu.edu) with any questions.
