Adult Neurogenic Disorders Services

Services are provided to adults who have experienced strokes, traumatic brain injuries, and other neurological disorders resulting in

  • Difficulty understanding or producing language.
  • Difficulty with producing or coordinating speech sounds in order to say words intelligibly.
  • Difficulty with cognitive skills that affect communication abilities including attention, memory, problem-solving, sequencing, and judgment.
  • Augmentative/alternative communication needs including devices and software that allow individuals to communicate more effectively

Assessments and intervention are conducted using the most current evidence-based approaches. One-to-one and group treatment options are available.
