Research Focus:	Adult Neurogenic Speech and Language Disorders
Laboratory:	Laboratory of Speech and Language Neuroscience
Current Project:	Motor Control and Learning in adults with motor speech disorders and in nondisorderd populations The focus of this work will be to study cognitive, linguistic, and motoric factors in motor control/learning and to establish predictors of treatment outcome in persons with speech disorders. A further aim of this work will be to continue exploration of how principles of motor learning (in particular, feedback variables) influence the relearning of speech skills in adults with neurogenic speech disorders.
