Current Project:	Literacy Acquisition in English Language Learners English Language Learners represent approximately 10% of students in U.S. schools, but have well-documented problems with academics in general and with literacy in particular. This project seeks to examine the possible causes for the reading deficits seen in this group, as well as possible solutions.
